OFFICIAL RULES FOR ALLIES OF SKIN SWEEPSTAKES
Your participation in ALLIES OF SKIN’s Sweepstakes (“The Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Official Rules herein. The following are the Official Rules of The Sweepstakes, which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site ALLIESOFSKIN.COM (“ALLIES OF SKIN").
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances Of Winning.
Only persons over the age of 18 and legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia are eligible for entry. Winners must be located in the United States. Employees of Allies of Skin and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The Sweepstakes shall start at 08/04/2026 at 12:00am EST and will end on 08/10/2026 at 11:59pm EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter:
Entrants must enter by filling in all information at the landing page for this Sweepstakes as designated by Allies of Skin, or via third-party app (Gleam.io or SweepWidget), SMS opt-in, or by following Allies of Skin on Instagram during the Sweepstakes Period. All entrants shall receive a 15% off + 2 free gifts welcome offer. The only methods of entry are those set forth in these Official Rules. No other method of entry will be accepted. All entries, regardless of the method of entry, must be received by Allies of Skin before the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, modified, or cancelled. Allies of Skin is not responsible for lost, late, misplaced, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, incorrect or undelivered entries, and such entries will be deemed invalid. Entries become the property of Allies of Skin and will not be returned. Allies of Skin’s designated server’s clock will be the official time keeper for the Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, Allies of Skin will not provide entrant with confirmation of Sweepstakes entry.
Prizes:
The Prizes for winning the Sweepstakes shall be as follows:
- Grand prize = 2 grand prize winners shall each receive $1000 worth of products of their choice + 1 on 1 virtual consultation with our founder, Nicolas Travis.
- Secondary prize = 5 secondary winners shall each receive $500 worth of products of their choice.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes is USD $4,500. No transfer or other substitution of prizes allowed, except that Allies of Skin reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes may be subject to change. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Allies of Skin will not replace any lost or stolen prizes once in winner's possession. Limit of one (1) prize per individual/household per year from Sponsor.
Winner Notification:
Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about July 27, 2026. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries timely received. ALLIES OF SKIN shall notify the winners via email within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, and each winner must respond and provide proof of identity within thirty (30) days.
Each winner shall receive their prize within sixty (60) days of ALLIES OF SKIN's receipt of proof of identity of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
Notwithstanding the above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the email sent from Allies of Skin, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and ALLIES OF SKIN shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
ALLIES OF SKIN's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
Your participation in The Sweepstakes is considered your agreement that ALLIES OF SKIN may contact you and use your name, identity and Instagram social handle in ALLIES OF SKINS promotional campaigns regarding The Sweepstakes. By participation in The Sweepstakes, you grant to Allies of Skin a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable license to copy, publish, or otherwise use the posting and all information contained therein, as well as your likeness in any commercial or noncommercial manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, in any and all distribution channels or media, including, but not limited to, in printed marketing materials, emails, web pages, social media accounts and for any other marketing, advertising, public relations, sales or promotional purposes with or without attribution and without further notice to you. By submitting an entry in the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you have all rights in and to the content and the right to grant all of the rights and licenses provided for herein, and that the content does not contain any unlawful, stolen or defamatory content and does not violate any individuals’ privacy rights.
The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
By entering the Sweepstakes each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Sweepstakes and the awarding of the Prize.
By entering the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Allies of Skin, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Sweepstakes or the acceptance of the Prize.
In no event will Allies of Skin be liable to you for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Sweepstakes, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Allies of Skin has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize.
Allies of Skin reserves the right to alter these Official Rules at any time and in its sole discretion.
Allies of Skin reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Sweepstakes if, in its sole judgment, The Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as specified.
Any attempt by an entrant to circumvent, tamper, disrupt or damage the sweepstakes process, defraud or gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise undermine the fairness, integrity and legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, will result in automatic disqualification from the sweepstakes.
Allies of Skin may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy . By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Allies of skin’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Allies of Skin’s privacy policy.
ALLIES OF SKIN reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
These terms and conditions and any matters relating here to shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida.
