Your Points balance and your Tier Status is displayed in the Rewards page after logging into your account.

How can I earn Priority Points?

You can earn points through various actions:

Purchases: 5 points for every $1 spent
Auto-replenishment orders: 10 points for every $1 spent
Create an account: 500 points
Birthday gift: Up to 2,000 points
Social media follows: 50 points each (Instagram, TikTok)
Verified purchase review: 500 points per product review
SMS subscription: 300 points
Every third order (min $100 spend): 1,500 points
Referrals: Earn 2,000 points when your referral spends $110+ (additional points based on your tier).

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Visit the Rewards page after logging into your account.
Choose from:
Monetary Rewards: Click on Redeem, choose the amount of points you wish to redeem and receive a code to use at checkout. Codes are stored in your Rewards History for future use.
Product Redemption: Redeem your points for full-sized items. Ensure you have at least one paid product in your cart.
Checkout Coupons: Apply available points-based discounts during purchase. Unused points from uncompleted checkouts are not deducted.
Note: Loyalty codes cannot be combined with other promotions, and redeemed items are non-refundable.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. To keep your account active, complete any activity like making a purchase, earning points, or redeeming rewards.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

What are Tier Levels?

Tier Levels reward loyal customers based on total spending in a rolling calendar year:
To reach Silver, create an account or spend up to $249/year
To reach Gold you need to spend between $250 - $799/year
To reach Platinum you need to spend between $800 - $1,999/year
To reach Black you need to spend at least $2,000+/year
Each tier unlocks exclusive perks and benefits.

What benefits do Tier Levels offer?

Silver: $15 coupon, 1,000 birthday points, exclusive discounts.
Gold: $20 coupon, 1,250 birthday points, 20% unlocking coupon.
Platinum: $25 coupon, 1,500 birthday points, 30% unlocking coupon, early product access, and a full-sized gift.
Black: $30 coupon, 2,000 birthday points, 40% unlocking coupon, early product access, full-sized gift, and a 1-on-1 chat with our founder.

How do I unlock new Tier Levels?

Spend the required amount in a rolling calendar year to upgrade to the next tier. If the spending threshold isn’t met after 12 months, you’ll move to a lower tier.

What is the minimum spend for code redemption?

To use a $10 discount voucher your cart value must reach a minimum spend of $90
To use a $15 discount voucher your cart value must reach a minimum spend of $95
To use a $20 discount voucher your cart value must reach a minimum spend of $100
To use a $30 discount voucher your cart value must reach a minimum spend of $120
To use a $40 discount voucher your cart value must reach a minimum spend of $135

Can I reverse a redeemed code?

Once a code is redeemed, points cannot be returned to your account.
