TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ALLIES OF SKIN x AREY "GIVEAWAY"

Enter to win $1000 of Allies of Skin products + a $500 Arey gift card - October 13, 2025 - October 18, 2025.

Your participation in the Allies of Skin x Arey Giveaway (“The Giveaway” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway, which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site alliesofskin.com ("ALLIES OF SKIN"). 

No purchase necessary to enter or win.  A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances Of Winning. 

Only persons over the age of 18 and located in the United States are eligible for entry.  Winners must be located in the United States. 

The Giveaway shall start at 10/13/2025 12:00am EST and will end on 10/18/2025 at 11:59pm EST. 

The Promotional Prize for winning The Giveaway shall be as follows - $1000 worth of Allies of Skin products plus a skincare routine consultation with founder, Nicolas Travis + a $500 Arey electronic gift card plus a hair consultation with co-founder, Jay Small. 

ALLIES OF SKIN shall notify the winner of the winning via email from alias askus@allies.shop within 30 days of the close date of The Giveaway, and the winner must respond and provide proof of identity within thirty (30) days. 

The winner shall receive the Promotional Prize within sixty (60) days of Allies of Skin and Arey's receipt of proof of identity of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize. 

Notwithstanding Sections above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotional Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the email sent from askus@allies.shop of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way. 

ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY'S decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party. 

Your participation in The Giveaway is considered your agreement that ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY  may contact you and use your name, identity and Instagram social handle in ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY’S promotional campaigns regarding The Giveaway. By participation in The Giveaway, you grant to ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable license to copy, publish, or otherwise use the posting and all information contained therein, as well as your likeness (and the likeness of any other person appearing therein, including, without limitation, any minor child) in any commercial or noncommercial manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, in any and all distribution channels or media, including, but not limited to, in printed marketing materials, emails, web pages, social media accounts and for any other marketing, advertising, public relations, sales or promotional purposes with or without attribution and without further notice to you. By submitting any posting, you represent and warrant that you have all rights in and to the content and the right to grant all of the rights and licenses provided for herein, and that the content does not contain any unlawful, stolen or defamatory content and does not violate any individuals’ privacy rights. 

The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth. 

By entering the Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize. 

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize. 

In no event will ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY be liable to you for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Giveaway, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize. 

ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. 

ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified. 

Any attempt by an entrant to circumvent, tamper, disrupt or damage the sweepstakes process, defraud or gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise undermine the fairness, integrity and legitimate operation of the Giveaway, will result in automatic disqualification from the sweepstakes. 

ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants hereby agree to ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY’S collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

ALLIES OF SKIN and AREY reserve the right to disclose winner’s name and identity. 

These terms and conditions and any matters relating here to shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida.
