I decided to try Allies of Skin’s Blemish Be Gone Routine to tackle my blemish concerns while keeping my skin balanced. Here’s how it went: a. Prebiotics & Niacinamide Pore Refining Booster This serum was a standout. The lightweight, watery texture absorbed quickly into my skin without leaving a sticky residue. After about two weeks, I noticed my pores looked slightly more refined, and my T-zone was less oily. Niacinamide is one of my favorite ingredients, and this did a great job calming redness around active blemishes. b. Mandelic Pigmentation Corrector Night Serum This was my go-to for nighttime. I appreciated the gentle exfoliation from the mandelic acid, which didn’t irritate my skin at all. Over time, it noticeably faded some post-acne marks and evened out my skin tone. However, it’s a bit sticky, which wasn’t my favorite texture-wise. c. Multi-Nutrient Day Cream This cream surprised me with how well it hydrated without feeling greasy. It worked well under sunscreen and didn’t clog my pores. My combination skin loved this, as it nourished the drier areas while controlling shine. Pros: • Effective for calming redness and fading dark spots. • Great for combination skin; hydrating without being heavy. • Pairs well with other products and doesn’t pill under sunscreen. The Blemish Be Gone Routine by Allies of Skin is a solid investment if you’re looking to manage breakouts and fade post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation over time. While it didn’t make my skin flawless, it significantly improved texture, tone, and overall clarity. For combination skin, it strikes a good balance between hydration and oil control, but the price might make you think twice. Would I repurchase? Possibly, but I’d likely prioritize the standout products like the Niacinamide Booster or Mandelic Serum over the full set.
I love the Promise keeper!
The cleanser is helping me to remove makeup and leave my skin feeling soft. The Spray is nice and I use it twice a day, leave your eyes closed until it dries. The main event would be the Promise keeper! I have been struggling last year with acne in my thirties. And after less than a month, even my husband could see an improvement! Will definitely repurchase!
